How It Works
A quick way to upgrade
Designed for ITIL 4 Managing Professionals, ITIL 4 Masters, ITIL v3 Experts and ITIL v3 Masters only, this module enables experienced professionals to easily advance to ITIL (Version 5).
Optional pathway
This separate, standalone module isn’t included in the ITIL certification scheme; it’s a rapid, optional path that allows ITIL 4 designation holders to upgrade to the new ITIL.
Focuses on the key updates
This module brings together the ITIL Product, ITIL Service, ITIL Experience, and ITIL Transformation (Version 5) disciplines into one course, allowing learners to cover the material without needing to complete them individually.
Includes two exams
Successful completion of this module requires passing two exams: ITIL Transformation (Version 5) and ITIL Managing Professional Transition – Product, Service, Experience (Version 5). These can be taken in any sequence within the exam voucher validity period. This module is now available through accredited training organizations.
